top22 Terms & Conditions

Any person ("Player", "User", "You") who chooses to use the website and services of top22 ("Platform", "Service", "We") may only do so in compliance with these terms and conditions. This document is a legally binding agreement between top22 and its users.

By continuing to use the platform, registering an account, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read and understood all of these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the platform.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Age Requirement

top22 services are available only to people aged 21+. No person under the age of 21 may register an account, play, or make a deposit on this platform. We reserve the right to verify your age, and you will only be able to continue using the platform if you can provide valid proof of age when requested.

• Each person may open only one account on the platform.
• You may only play in your own name — playing on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Players must be in control of their own funds and finances.
• Only accurate personal information may be provided when opening an account.

Restricted Countries and Regions

The platform's services are not available in blocked, restricted, or geo-banned locations. Connecting via VPN or Proxy from a location where the service is unavailable and playing is a violation of these terms and conditions, and may result in account closure.

Account Registration

When registering and accessing an account at top22, you must provide accurate and complete personal information — including your name, date of birth, and contact number. If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, we reserve the right to restrict or close the account at any time.

• All information entered in the form must be accurate.
• Your information may be verified again at the time of withdrawal.
• If KYC (Know Your Customer) is required, you must submit supporting documents.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and personal information secure. Do not share your log-in details with anyone.

• top22 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• If you suspect someone is accessing or playing on your account without your permission, contact Support immediately.
• We will never ask for your password — treat anyone who does as a scam.

One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed to register only one account on the platform. If we detect a second account using the same IP address, bank account, or phone number, both accounts will be closed and any remaining funds may be frozen. Opening a second account for the purpose of bonus abuse will not be tolerated.

Deposits

You can deposit at top22 using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks regardless of payment method.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• We may return third-party payments and may restrict the account.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account balance and will be ready to use for playing.
• If no bonus is active at the time of deposit, you may withdraw the deposited amount before any wagering.

Withdraw your winnings

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Processing time from withdrawal request to receipt is normally 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawals are available through the same methods as deposits — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, Bank Transfer.
• Withdrawal processing may take longer if KYC verification is not yet complete.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the bonus wagering requirement is met.
• If suspicious activity is detected, withdrawals may be placed under review.

Currency and Conversion

All amounts on the platform are displayed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks / MMK). top22 is not responsible for any losses arising from currency exchange rate differences at the time of deposit.

Welcome Bonus

top22 offers a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit, up to 300,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 40,000 Ks, and the wagering requirement will be 20,000 × 25 = 500,000 Ks.

• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after completing 25x wagering.
• If you withdraw while a bonus is active, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Each player may claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Do not attempt to manipulate or exploit the bonus in your account.

General Promotions Terms

Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on the promotions page. If you do not follow the promotion terms after claiming a bonus, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited. Do not assume the bonus is free money — you must complete the wagering requirement before any withdrawal is available.

VIP Levels and Cashback

All players can participate in a 5-tier VIP system — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — based on play volume. The higher the tier, the higher the cashback rate: Bronze earns up to 0.3% weekly cashback, and Diamond earns up to 1.5%. Cashback is calculated based on weekly activity at that tier.

Prohibited Behaviour

Players must actively avoid any actions that could mislead the platform or that are intended to gain an unfair advantage. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited—

• Opening a second or third account to claim bonuses
• Using unauthorized technology (bots, scripts, automation) to play
• Disrupting, abusing, or treating other players unfairly
• Playing with amounts that imply lending or borrowing money
• Intentionally exploiting platform bugs or glitches for gain
• Using the platform in violation of local laws

If any of these rules are found to have been broken, top22 will close the account without prior notice and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Game Result Fraud

The outcome of every game is generated accurately using a Random Number Generator (RNG), so players must avoid attempting to predict results through any method. If you can provide evidence that the platform has rigged games unfairly against players, we will investigate the complaint — please contact Support to report it.

SSL Protection and Data Security
